The past two weeks I've got my answer and the boatload of work that goes with it. I also got legitimately "I need a doctor" ill for the first time in probably four years, so there you go.
Tomorrow I am speaking on a panel about corporate use of social media from a PR perspective. I feel like a sheep in shoddily made wolf's clothing, but hopefully I can get squeeze 10 minutes of good information out of myself. I am freaking out.

Yay! You will do great. These opportunities just make us better but the stress can be hard. Remember you are your hardest critic because you know it all and that most people there are just excited to share in the technology that is out there. You'll do great!
